You understand and agree that BCCL does not offer any product/ services for sale through the Website and is only involved in publication of curated lists of products/ services. The curation is based on market research and trends and BCCL does not warrant or guarantee any quality/ featyres/ price/ discounts/ offers, etc in respect of the products in the curated lists. BCCL is and shall not be liable for any defects in the products or deficiency in the services in the curated lists, nor shall BCCL be liable for any false promises/ misrepresentation/ cheating/ exaggeration done by the sellers/ owners of the products and services in the curated lists. No claims shall lie against BCCL for any breach or violation of any applicable laws or third party rights including consumer rights by the sellers / owners of the products and services in the curated lists.
Copyright and Trademarks

Further, you understand and agree that BCCL is not responsible or liable for infringement of copyright, trademarks or other Intellectual Property Rights of the products and services in the curated lists or otherwise on the Website, nor is BCCL liable for any claims in respect of violations of any applicable laws by the said Ips.
Limited Permission to Copy

BCCL reserves its right to refuse service, restrict, suspend, terminate your account; (Terminate this Agreement; Terminate or suspend your access to the BCCL's Websites; Refuse, move or remove for any reason any Content / Image that you submit on or through the Services; Refuse, move, or remove any Content / Image that is available on or through the Services; Deactivate or delete your accounts and all related information and files in your account; Establish general practices and limits concerning use of the Services) at any time and, remove or edit contents or cancel orders (entered by you) in its sole discretion with or without cause, and with or without any prior notice for any violation of the Terms of Use. Upon such termination or suspension, your right to use the BCCL's Websites will immediately cease.

General
BCCL has its principal offices in Delhi and Mumbai, in India. BCCL makes no claims that BCCL, BCCL employee, or any Site within the BCCL Network and the Content are appropriate or may be downloaded outside of the India. If you access the BCCL Network from outside India, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
The following provisions survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason whatsoever: Liability, User Submissions, User Submissions – image, video, audio files, Indemnity, Jurisdiction, and Agreement.
You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with BCCL, or in any way relating to your use of the BCCL Site, resides in the courts of New Delhi, India and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of Delhi, India in connection with any such dispute including any claim involving BCCL or its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, telecommunication providers, and content providers.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the internal substantive laws of India, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition.
